Could not get it started. Would crash when signing in. Uninstall.

Good potential. Needs ability to filter tickets by location and client. Also search functionality for assets would be helpful in the field.
Having an actual app for the web help desk is fantastic. Avoiding having to find a desktop or print out tickets is a dream. The App has a lot of potential. I cannot believe solar wind has not been doing this on their own.
No updates for Android they developing only for ios
Username or password is incorrect? Nope. FQDN is right as well. Never got logged in even after uninstall/reinstall.
Very suspicious. Doesn't work at all (network timeout, same as everyone else), and asks for credentials without ever connecting.
